A sorrowful mother dog diligently dug resting places for her lost puppies, steadfastly guarding them in unwavering devotion.

A heart-wrenching video has surfaced, showing a mother dog trying to dig up the graves of her puppies.

The incident took place in Suzhou, Anhui Province, China, where the puppies faced complications during birth and two of them did not make it.

The mother dog dug up their graves five or six times, crying and attempting to take them away. In one clip, the owner can be seen consoling the mother dog and trying to remove one of the ᴅᴇᴀᴅ puppies from her mouth.

In another clip, the mother dog is seen licking her pups’ bodies while digging up their graves.

The owner tries to calm the grieving mother dog down, but she continues to mourn her lost puppies.

Towards the end of the video, the owner attempts to take the puppy out of the mother dog’s mouth. It is uncertain whether any of the other puppies survived the birth.
